In preparation for 2020, the "reporting" column is renamed "RSM" when year 2020 is active. Tables segments, initiatives, cost centers, ledgers and reporting now have an "enabled" field that will hide from view records if enabled=0 and year>=2020.
If an actual (invoiced) value is entered on a cell that has no forecast, and the month is still opened, the actual shows up with a * sign ahead.
